5. How Data is Stored and Retained

  • Digital Records: Any online notes or correspondence are safeguarded on encrypted, password-protected platforms.

  • Physical Records: Paper files are stored securely in a locked cabinet within a secure property.

  • Retention Period: Clinical records are safely kept for a minimum period mandated by professional insurance and NCPS guidelines before being permanently and securely destroyed.

6. Your Data Protection Rights
